Bleaching Powder Blue Lavanda
Super Compact Bleaching Powder combines excellent bleaching capacity with effective protection. Thanks to its special formula, bleaching develops in an intense fashion without damaging or attacking the hair structure. When mixed with Hydrogen Peroxide from 10 to 40 volume, this bleaching powder forms a soft cream suited to all practical techniques for lightening up to 8/9 shades on natural hair. While preparing the mix with hydrogen peroxide, there is no bothersome emission of ammonia.

1 part (25 g) of bleaching powder (about one 30 ml measure)/ 2 parts (50 ml) of oxidizing cream (20, 30, 40 Vol.). Mix well with a plastic brush. Ready for use. The concentration of the oxidizing cream depends on the desired bleaching shade.
